WARRANTY

In the unlikely event that you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you need to let us know within 5 working days from delivery. If your product develops a noticeable problem at any time, just get in touch and we’ll help you find a solution.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Custom Hand sewn orders
 Alterations/ bespoke orders
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns & exchanges

If you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return. You can request a return here. You'll need your order number and the same email address you used to place the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you. If your return is post stamped outside the return window, you are only eligible for a store credit.

Please note all customized, embroidered and hand sewn clothing sales are final no returns or exchanges are accepted since they are unique one-of-a-kind pieces.
